WireDog Technologies, LLC Terms of Service
By using WireDog Technologies, LLC ("WireDog," "we," "our," or "the Company") services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Use of our Services includes accessing our website, desktop, or mobile applications. These Terms apply every time you use the Services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Services.
The Services are provided exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
Organizations may also purchase WireDog Business plans for the people they invite, as described in Section 16. The person who signs up an organization represents that they are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
Accounts registered by automated systems or "bots" are not authorized and will be terminated.
Users are responsible for all actions performed through their account.
You agree not to use your account or the Services for purposes that violate applicable laws or these Terms.
WireDog may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Due to our zero-logs architecture, WireDog cannot proactively monitor VPN traffic and makes no representation about detecting behavioral violations within the tunnel.
Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be suspended or deleted, including associated data.
Notifications will be sent 30, 15, and 7 days before deletion to the recovery email.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available". WireDog makes no express or implied warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
WireDog is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.
Total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid WireDog, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WireDog, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Services.
Use of the Services is governed by WireDog's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our collection, storage, and use of personal data as described in that policy.
All content, software, logos, and trademarks used in connection with the Services are the property of WireDog Technologies, LLC or its licensors.
Users are granted no rights to use any WireDog IP without prior written consent.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled or auto-renewal is disabled before the renewal date.
You are responsible for maintaining current payment information.
WireDog offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription purchase, no questions asked. Renewal payments are not covered. See our Refund Policy for full details and how to request a refund.
WireDog may offer a 14-day free trial to new Standard accounts that have never had paid WireDog access. A credit or debit card is required to start a trial and is not charged during it. The plan and price you choose are shown at checkout before you start. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged automatically for that plan on or about the trial end date, and the subscription then renews automatically at the same price until you cancel. If that charge fails, your access ends. You can cancel a trial at any time before it ends from your account dashboard and you will not be charged; your access continues until the trial end date. Each account is eligible for one free trial. WireDog may decline or end a trial if we reasonably suspect abuse, such as creating multiple accounts to obtain more than one trial. A plan that begins as a free trial is not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee, including the first charge when the trial ends and every renewal. To have the guarantee, choose “Buy now” instead of the trial.
Credits and balances are non-transferable and remain associated with the account originally purchased.
Changing subscription plans or billing cycles may result in prorated credits or charges, applied according to WireDog policies.
WireDog may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
WireDog does not comply with GDPR, PIPEDA, UK GDPR, LGPD, or other non-U.S. privacy regulations. We operate exclusively under U.S. law.
If you are an EU resident, Canadian resident, Brazilian resident, UK resident, or otherwise subject to non-U.S. privacy laws, this service may not meet your legal privacy requirements. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge this limitation and accept full responsibility for any legal consequences of using our service in your jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms otherwise remain valid and enforceable.
Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.
WireDog may assign its rights or delegate its obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to affiliates, contractors, or other third parties.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WireDog regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements or communications.
All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and other proprietary designations of WireDog Technologies, LLC ("WireDog IP") are owned exclusively by WireDog Technologies, LLC. Any goodwill generated from use of WireDog IP shall inure solely to the benefit of WireDog Technologies, LLC. No license or rights to use WireDog IP is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise without prior written consent.
Except as otherwise stated, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve informally.
Binding arbitration applies to individual disputes; class actions are waived.
Opt-out from arbitration is permitted within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by sending written notice to: support@wiredogvpn.com
This section applies when an organization (“Customer”) purchases a WireDog Business plan for its members. The rest of these Terms apply to Customer and its members unless this section says otherwise; if there is a conflict, this section controls for Business plans.
Admins and members. Customer decides who its administrators and members are and is responsible for their use of the Services under its plan. A seat may be used only by the person it is assigned to. Customer's admins can add, manage, and remove members, and a removed member loses access through Customer's plan.
Monitoring and admin features. Monitoring is optional and controlled by Customer. Customer is solely responsible for giving any notices, and obtaining any consents, that applicable law requires for its use of Monitoring or any other admin feature. How WireDog handles Business data is described in Section 13 of the Privacy Policy.
WireDog processes member information on Customer's behalf to provide the Services, uses it only for that purpose, and does not sell it.
Billing, trials, and refunds. Business plans are billed per seat, and seats added during a billing period are charged on a prorated basis. If Customer chooses a free trial (14 days, limited seats), it provides a payment method and is charged automatically when the trial ends unless it cancels before then. If Customer chooses “Buy now,” the 30-day money-back guarantee in the Refund Policy applies; it does not apply to a plan that began as a free trial. Customers paying by ACH bank debit authorize debits as stated at checkout.
