    By using WireDog Technologies, LLC ("WireDog," "we," "our," or "the Company") services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Use of our Services includes accessing our website, desktop, or mobile applications. These Terms apply every time you use the Services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Services.

    1. Eligibility

    The Services are provided exclusively to individuals who are at least 13 years old, and to minors only with parental or legal guardian consent.

    Accounts registered by automated systems or "bots" are not authorized and will be terminated.

    Users are responsible for all actions performed through their account.

    2. Authorized Use of the Services

    You agree not to use your account or the Services to:

    • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
    • Distribute illegal content, including child exploitation material.
    • Infringe on the intellectual property or rights of WireDog or third parties.
    • Harass, intimidate, or discriminate against others.
    • Sell, transfer, or trade your account, except where explicitly permitted.
    • Promote illegal activity or provide instructions for illegal activities.
    • Engage in spam, phishing, or malware distribution.
    • Attempt unauthorized access to any computer or network system.

    WireDog may suspend or terminate accounts engaging in these activities or violating these Terms.

    3. Inactive Accounts

    Free accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be suspended or deleted, including associated data.

    Paid accounts are always considered active.

    Notifications will be sent 30, 15, and 7 days before deletion to the recovery email.

    4. Limited Warranties and Liability

    Services are provided "as is" and "as available". WireDog makes no express or implied warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

    WireDog is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.

    Total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid WireDog, whichever is greater.

    5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

    WireDog aims for 99.95% uptime.

    Downtime credits may be provided based on monthly uptime falling below 99.95% or 99.0%, per WireDog discretion.

    Certain factors are excluded from downtime calculations, including user equipment issues, third-party services, or scheduled maintenance.

    6. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WireDog, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Services.

    7. Privacy

    Use of the Services is governed by WireDog's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our collection, storage, and use of personal data as described in that policy.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content, software, logos, and trademarks used in connection with the Services are the property of WireDog Technologies, LLC or its licensors.

    Users are granted no rights to use any WireDog IP without prior written consent.

    9. Payment, Subscriptions, and Refunds

    Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

    You are responsible for maintaining current payment information.

    Refunds are discretionary and subject to WireDog policies; accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds.

    Credits and balances are non-transferable and remain associated with the account originally purchased.

    10. Modification of Plan or Billing Cycle

    Changing subscription plans or billing cycles may result in prorated credits or charges, applied according to WireDog policies.

    Downgrading requires removing features exceeding the free plan limits.

    11. Modifications to the Terms of Service

    WireDog may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    12. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms otherwise remain valid and enforceable.

    13. Miscellaneous

    Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.

    WireDog may assign its rights or delegate its obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to affiliates, contractors, or other third parties.

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WireDog regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements or communications.

    14. Intellectual Property and Goodwill

    All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and other proprietary designations of WireDog Technologies, LLC ("WireDog IP") are owned exclusively by WireDog Technologies, LLC. Any goodwill generated from use of WireDog IP shall inure solely to the benefit of WireDog Technologies, LLC. No license or rights to use WireDog IP is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise without prior written consent.

    15. Governing Law, Arbitration, and Dispute Resolution

    Except as otherwise stated, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

    Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve informally.

    Binding arbitration applies to individual disputes; class actions are waived.

    Opt-out from arbitration is permitted within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by sending written notice to:
