Privacy Policy

    Last Updated: January 2026

WireDog Technologies, LLC ("WireDog," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and why we designed WireDog to collect as little data as possible.

WireDog is a United States-based VPN provider. All infrastructure, operations, and servers are located exclusively within the United States.

    1. Who We Are

    Legal Entity: WireDog Technologies, LLC

Jurisdiction: Commonwealth of Virginia, United States

    Registered Agent Address:

    8401 Mayland Dr Ste A
    Richmond, Virginia 23294

    Privacy Contact: rj@wiredogvpn.com

    2. Our Privacy Philosophy

WireDog is built around a strict no-logs philosophy.

    We design our systems to:

    • Minimize data collection by default
    • Avoid collecting information that could identify user activity
    • Ensure that even under valid legal requests, there is very little data available to disclose

We comply with applicable U.S. law. If legally required, we will provide information we actually possess. However, due to our system design, we generally have no activity data to provide and nothing that can be tied to a user's VPN usage.

    3. Information We Do Not Collect

WireDog does not collect, log, or store:

    • Browsing history
    • Websites visited
    • DNS queries
    • Traffic contents
    • Source or destination IP addresses
    • Device identifiers
    • Session-specific activity
    • VPN tunnel payloads

We do not monitor what you do while connected to the VPN.

    4. Limited Operational Data We Collect

To operate the service reliably, WireDog temporarily processes a minimal amount of non-identifying operational data.

    Temporary Connection Data

    We temporarily process:

    • Connection timestamps
    • Aggregate bandwidth usage
    • Number of simultaneously connected devices

    This data:

    • Is not associated with browsing activity
    • Is not attributable to specific online actions
    • Exists only temporarily
    • Is stored in memory (RAM-only) and automatically discarded

    5. RAM-Only Infrastructure

WireDog uses RAM-only servers. This means:

    • No persistent storage of VPN activity
    • Data is wiped automatically on reboot
    • No historical logs exist on disk

This architecture ensures that long-term retention of VPN usage data is technically impossible.

    6. Account Information

    Standard Accounts

    For standard accounts, we collect:

    • Email address
    • Password (stored securely using industry-standard hashing)

    Anonymous Accounts

    For anonymous accounts:

    • A randomly generated account number is used
    • No email address is required
    • The account number is the sole authentication method

    7. Payment Information

    WireDog offers multiple payment options:

    • Credit/debit cards
    • Cryptocurrency
    • Cash payments via Stripe-supported methods

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). WireDog does not store full payment card numbers.

For users who wish to avoid stored payment data entirely, cash or cryptocurrency payment options are available.

    8. Website Data & Cookies

    WireDog does not use:

    • Tracking cookies
    • Analytics tools
    • Advertising pixels
    • Third-party marketing trackers

Our website operates without non-essential cookies. No cookie consent banner is required because we do not engage in tracking.

WireDog complies with valid U.S. legal requests, including subpoenas and court orders.

    However:

    • We can only provide data that we actually have
    • We do not possess browsing activity, VPN usage logs, or identifiable traffic data
    • Any limited operational data we temporarily process is not attributable to user activity

Because of this, legal disclosures typically contain little to no useful information.

    10. Warrant Canary

WireDog maintains a warrant canary to inform users if we have not received secret legal orders.

If the warrant canary is removed or not updated as scheduled, users should assume a change in legal circumstances.

    11. Data Retention & Deletion

WireDog does not retain personal activity data.

    • Temporary operational data is automatically discarded
    • No user browsing data exists to delete
    • Account information is deleted upon account termination

Because of our minimal data practices, most data is never stored in the first place.

    12. User Rights (U.S. Only)

WireDog operates under U.S. law and uses U.S.-only privacy language.

    Users may:

    • Request access to account-related information
    • Request deletion of account data
    • Contact us regarding privacy concerns

Requests can be sent to: rj@wiredogvpn.com

    13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
