WireDog Technologies, LLC Refund Policy
1. Our Guarantee
WireDog VPN offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription purchase, no questions asked. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase, we'll refund your payment in full.
2. Eligibility
- This guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase only. Renewal payments and subsequent purchases are not covered.
- You must submit your refund request within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- This offer is intended for first-time customers. Because standard and anonymous accounts are not linked to identity verification, we're not always able to confirm prior refund history, but the guarantee is honored on the understanding that it's claimed once per customer.
3. What's Not Covered
- Renewals: Automatic renewal payments after your initial subscription term are not eligible for this guarantee.
- Apple App Store (iOS) purchases: Subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchase are billed by Apple, not WireDog. To request a refund for an App Store purchase, contact Apple Support directly through your Apple ID purchase history.
- Prepaid vouchers: Subscriptions activated with a voucher code are not eligible for this guarantee. Vouchers are prepaid and redeemed for service, so there is no payment on file for us to refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To file a refund, please send an email to support@wiredogvpn.com stating your account number and the reason for filing a refund.
5. Refund Timeline
We process eligible refund requests within 24-48 hours of receiving them. How the funds reach you depends on your original payment method:
- Card (Stripe): Refunded to your original card. Your bank may take a few additional business days to post it.
- Monero (XMR): Refunded to a wallet address you provide.
- Cash: Refunded by mailed check to an address you provide.
If you paid by a method not listed here, contact support and we'll work out the details with you directly.
